The Space
Entry to Little Takatu is granted through an automated security gate, leading to a picturesque driveway adorned with native flora. This freshly renovated home is situated on the Tāwaharanui Peninsula, offers north-east facing views. On a clear day, guests can awaken to the sight of Little Barrier Island (Hauturu), with distant views of Great Barrier Island (Aotea) and the Coromandel.
The home is equipped with WiFi throughout. The master bedroom features a luxurious super king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a television. The lounge area boasts an even larger TV, while the two additional queen bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom. The kitchen, bar, dining area, and lounge are designed with an open-plan layout, fostering a spacious and welcoming environment.
For outdoor enthusiasts, a lockable shed is available to store surfboards, bicycles, golf clubs, and other recreational equipment, conveniently located on the left-hand side of the house. The expansive front lawn, perfect for lawn games, provides an excellent space for children to play and for guests to enjoy the available onsite games.
